I’m finding that world-building, while mentally strenuous, is nonetheless enjoyable. There is a certain godly omnipotence that goes along with. If you don’t like the way a particular city is developing or interacting with the rest of a society, then you can send an earthquake to wipe it off the face of the earth that you created. Awesome.
